We have an R&D team consisting of 25 members, including three with doctorate degrees. Reinvesting 15 percent of our annual revenue into R&D, this team keeps developing new items every month. You can send us your own idea, and our team will create a custom sample for you accordingly.
Our 35 QC technicians conduct 10-step QC process to ensure the quality of our products. These rigid quality-control schemes allow us to maintain a defect rate of 0.03 percent, setting us apart from our competitors. To ensure all of our components and finished items comply with the RoHS Directive, we've acquired our own XRF machine to check for lead content. A one-year warranty is also offered for your peace of mind.
